AI Agent for Real Estate Brokers in the UAE: What It Does and What It Costs
An AI agent for a UAE brokerage replies to new leads in minutes, asks the questions that qualify them, matches them to your own listings, books viewings and updates your CRM. It hands hot leads and anything sensitive to a human broker. Costs range from monthly subscriptions to custom builds; one UAE vendor estimates up to about AED 120,000 to set up a full custom build.
Below: what it does, what it must not do alone, how it connects, what each route costs, and when a ready CRM tool is enough. I build agents myself at Moshid Agents, so read the comparison with that in mind.
What an AI agent does for a UAE brokerage
The work is the same in every brokerage: the first reply, the questions, the follow-up.
- Replies at once. A new enquiry from your lead email, WhatsApp or website gets an answer in minutes, in Arabic or English.
- Qualifies the lead. Budget, preferred area, timeline, cash or mortgage, and whether they are buying to live or to invest.
- Matches listings. It suggests units from your own inventory and sends the details, not from the internet.
- Books viewings. It offers free slots in the assigned broker's calendar and sends the reminder.
- Follows up. Leads that went quiet get a reminder on the schedule you set.
- Updates the CRM. Notes, qualification answers and status are written where your brokers already work.
- Hands over. A hot lead goes to a human broker with the whole conversation attached.
What it should not do alone
Any AI system can state a wrong price or misread a message. Build around it, and keep a broker responsible for anything regulated: that stays with you under the rules that govern your licence.
Fine to do alone
- Reply first and collect the lead's details
- Share listing facts from your approved inventory
- Book and remind viewings by your rules
- Chase cold leads on a schedule you set
- Log everything in the CRM
Needs a broker
- Price negotiation and offers
- Contract, legal or mortgage advice
- Anything regulated or that needs your licence
- Complaints and upset clients
- Anything the agent is unsure about
How it connects
- WhatsApp. Through the WhatsApp Business Platform, directly with Meta or through a provider. Meta has billed per delivered message since 1 July 2025, and since 1 October 2026 each business number gets 1,000 free service messages a month. Check the current rates on Meta's pricing page. More in the WhatsApp AI agent guide.
- Your CRM. The agent reads and writes leads, notes and status through whatever your CRM offers: an API, a webhook or an import.
- Your listings. A sheet, an export or a CRM inventory. The agent can only recommend units it can read, so clean data decides the quality.
- Portal leads. The agent does not sit inside Property Finder or Bayut. It works on leads once they reach your email, CRM or WhatsApp. Property Finder offers CRM integration through its Enterprise API, which it lists as covering leads. Ask your account manager what your plan includes.
What it costs: three routes
Route 1: a ready tool or subscription agent
These are the figures each page publishes, collected on 30 October 2026. Few vendors publish real estate AI prices, so the table is short and does not rank anyone. The rows cover different things.
| Source | What it is | Published price | What the page says |
|---|---|---|---|
| Constant Labs (a small vendor's own page) | AI agent subscription for UAE brokerages: one agent for one job, hosting, monitoring and changes | From AED 1,500 a month | No setup fee is stated. The page says price depends on channels, connected systems and message volume |
| Kolonell | Lead qualification chatbot built for a Dubai agency (WhatsApp, CRM and listings connection) | Setup AED 40,000 to 120,000; then AED 1,500 to 6,000 a month | Its own 2026 market estimates for the UAE, not fixed quotes. VAT treatment not stated for the AED figures |
| PropBridge (Bitrix24 app) | Brings Property Finder, Bayut and Dubizzle leads into Bitrix24. Lead routing, not an AI agent | Free (10 leads); AED 99; AED 249; AED 499 a month | Plans cap leads at 10, 100, 300 and unlimited. Needs a Bitrix24 CRM |
All figures were read on the pages linked, in dirhams as published. Meta's message fees are not included in any of them.
Route 2: an agency builds it
Kolonell's estimate above is one view of a full custom build. For wider UAE ranges across several providers, and why the same project is quoted so differently, see the AI agent cost in the UAE page.
Route 3: the Moshid Sprint
Moshid Agents is deliberately narrow: one agent for one repeating process, such as replying to and qualifying your leads, built in 7 days by me. The fixed price is AED 4,999 in total: AED 2,500 first and AED 2,499 after you have watched the agent work. 7 days of support follow handover. If the process is not a fit, the first payment comes back in full. Meta's fees sit on your own account.
It is not like for like with a full custom build: the scope is smaller, and one person does the work instead of a team.
Real estate CRM or custom agent?
A ready CRM or chatbot fits when
- Your leads, listings and follow-up already live in one real estate CRM
- Its built-in replies cover your common questions
- You want to start this week and can adapt to the tool
- You mainly need alerts and lead routing to the right broker
A custom agent fits when
- Replies must come from your own inventory and rules
- The work spans WhatsApp, email, a sheet and a CRM
- Your qualification questions differ by project or area
- You want the accounts and files in your name
If you are unsure, send me the process on WhatsApp. If a ready tool solves it better, I tell you that in writing before you pay.
Questions people ask
How much does an AI agent for a real estate brokerage cost in the UAE?
It depends on the route. Published prices range from monthly subscriptions to custom builds. One UAE vendor estimates a full custom build for a Dubai agency at AED 40,000 to 120,000 to set up plus AED 1,500 to 6,000 a month, as its own estimate and not a quote. The price table on this page has the specifics. Meta's WhatsApp fees are extra. The Moshid Sprint is a fixed AED 4,999 in total for one process, and wider UAE ranges are on the AI agent cost page.
Can it reply to Property Finder and Bayut leads?
Yes, if the leads reach somewhere the agent can read them. An agent does not log in to the portals for you. It connects to where your leads already arrive: the lead email, your CRM, a WhatsApp number or a lead export. Property Finder lists an Enterprise API for CRM integration that covers leads. Ask your portal account manager which API access your plan includes. One third-party tool says it also pulls Bayut and Dubizzle leads; confirm that with the vendor.
Will it replace my agents?
No, not if it is built well. It answers first, asks the qualifying questions, books viewings and chases cold leads, so your brokers spend their time with buyers who are ready to talk. Anything about price negotiation, contracts or a buyer who is upset goes to a broker with the conversation attached.
Can it speak Arabic and English?
Usually yes, but test it before you trust it. Current language models handle both, including Gulf Arabic, yet quality varies with property terms, area names and voice notes. Run it on 30 to 50 real enquiries from your own inbox, in both languages and mixed, and read the wrong answers before it talks to clients.
How long does setup take?
A ready tool can be live in days if your listings and answers are already written down. A custom agent takes longer because it is built and tested on your real leads: the Moshid Sprint is built in 7 days once you have accepted the written Scope and given access, with 7 days of support after handover.
Do I need the WhatsApp Business Platform?
For an agent that answers on WhatsApp automatically, yes. The WhatsApp Business app is made for a person on a phone. The agent connects through the WhatsApp Business Platform, directly with Meta or through a provider. Since 1 October 2026 each business number gets 1,000 free service messages a month, and Meta charges from the 1,001st.
Is a real estate CRM with a chatbot enough?
Often, yes. If your leads, listings and follow-up already live in one real estate CRM and its built-in chatbot or automations cover your questions, use that first. A custom agent earns its cost when the work behind the reply is the problem: matching against your own inventory, several tools, or rules your CRM cannot follow.
Not sure your lead process suits an agent?
Describe it on WhatsApp. I reply in writing within one working day: it fits or it does not, and why. Nothing is paid before that.
Not a fit? Your first payment of AED 2,500 comes back in full.
