How much does an AI agent cost in the UAE?
UAE providers publish prices for a custom AI agent from about AED 5,000 to more than AED 1.5 million. The same project can be quoted at AED 20,000 by one company and AED 600,000 or more by another, so the number you are quoted tells you less than what it includes.
Below: what named providers actually publish, why the range is so wide, the costs that arrive after the build, and where Moshid Agents sits in it. I build agents myself, so read the last comparison with that in mind.
What UAE providers publish
These are the figures each provider states on its own page, collected on 23 October 2026. They are marketing ranges, not quotes, and they cover different things, so do not read the table as a market average.
| Provider | What the range covers | One-time build | Monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bainna | Simple automations, and larger builds that join several systems | From AED 5,000; AED 15,000 to 40,000 for several systems | Not stated |
| DigiFlow | SME-scope fixed projects in the UAE | AED 5,000 to 50,000 | Retainers AED 3,000 to 15,000 |
| Telora Labs | One workflow agent, a multi-system agent, a complex agent | AED 10,000 to 20,000; 20,000 to 35,000; 35,000 to 50,000 | Running costs discussed separately |
| Implemnt | A single workflow automation up to a wider scope, for UAE small businesses | AED 7,000 to 35,000 one time | Tools AED 75 to 300 |
| NomadX | Simple single-task agent, workflow agent, complex or regulated system | AED 55,000 to 150,000; 150,000 to 550,000; 550,000 to 1.5 million+ | AED 3,000 to 90,000+ (tokens, monitoring, operations) |
The Telora, Bainna and DigiFlow figures were checked on the pages themselves; the NomadX and Implemnt figures are taken from each page's own summary. A subscription alternative: SleekFlow publishes WhatsApp AI agent plans of about AED 547 to 1,098 a month before messaging costs, on its pricing breakdown.
Why the same agent is quoted at AED 20,000 and AED 600,000
HashCode makes the point in its own cost guide: ask three Dubai companies to quote one AI project and you can get AED 20,000, AED 120,000 and AED 600,000 or more. The model is rarely the reason. These are:
- How many systems it touches. One inbox and one sheet is a small build. A CRM, an accounting tool and a portal is several.
- How messy the input is. Clean forms are cheap. Scanned PDFs, mixed Arabic and English and WhatsApp voice notes are not.
- Regulated or sensitive data. Compliance, audit trails and approvals add real work.
- Who runs it afterwards. A managed service with monthly operations costs more than handing it over on your own accounts.
- Who builds it. A project team with a manager and a sales layer prices differently from one person doing the build.
- Build or buy. A platform subscription costs less at the start, but you adapt your process to it.
The costs that arrive after the build
The build price is only part of it. Ask for these in writing before you agree to anything:
- Model and API usage. Billed per use, so it grows with volume. It should sit on your own account where you can see it.
- Messaging fees, if the agent talks to customers on WhatsApp or SMS.
- Maintenance. Your process changes, tools update, and the agent needs adjusting. Is it optional, and what does it cost?
- Access and ownership. Who owns the accounts, files and documentation if you stop working together?
Published monthly figures run from tens of dirhams for simple tools to AED 3,000 to 90,000 or more for managed operations on regulated builds. That is a wider gap than the build prices themselves.
Where the Moshid Sprint sits, and what you give up
Moshid Agents is deliberately narrow: one agent for one repeating process, built in 7 days by me, for 1,990 SAR in total, about AED 1,950. You pay 995 SAR first and 995 SAR after you have watched the agent work. If the process does not fit an agent, the first payment comes back in full.
That is below the lowest one-time figure in the table above. It is not a like-for-like comparison with a build of AED 55,000 or more, because the scope is smaller and the work is done by one person rather than a team. Here is exactly what the price covers, and what it does not.
Included
- One defined workflow, and one agent for it
- A live understanding call with me (60 minutes) after you pay
- Workflow design and reasonable integrations with your tools
- The context and knowledge the agent needs
- Guardrails and human approval points where a decision is needed
- Access limited to what you decide, with data confidentiality written into the Scope
- Testing on real cases from your work
- Deployment, simple documentation and an explainer video
- 7 days of support after handover
Not included
- A full SaaS product or a large custom dashboard
- Several agents or several workflows in one project
- Complex ERP or legacy-system integrations
- Training a whole organisation
- Open-ended development with no Scope
If your project is bigger, I write a separate Scope and tell you before you pay anything more. If a plain automation solves your problem better than an agent, I tell you that too, in writing, before you pay.
Six questions to ask before you compare quotes
- What exactly is the agent doing, and what counts as finished?
- Which of my systems does it need access to, and who controls that access?
- What is the price for the build, and what are the monthly costs after it, as numbers?
- Who owns the accounts, files and documentation at handover?
- What happens if it does not fit or does not work: is there a refund, and on what terms?
- Who will actually build it, and who do I talk to when something breaks?
Questions people ask
How much does a custom AI agent cost in the UAE?
UAE providers publish prices from about AED 5,000 to more than AED 1.5 million for a custom AI agent, depending on scope. Small single-process builds are published at AED 5,000 to 50,000, and complex multi-system or regulated builds at AED 150,000 and above. The Moshid Sprint is a fixed 1,990 SAR in total, about AED 1,950, for one process.
Why do UAE quotes for the same AI agent differ so much?
Because the number depends on scope, not on the model. How many systems the agent touches, how messy the input is, whether regulated data is involved, who runs it afterwards, and whether a project team or one builder does the work all move the price. One provider's own guide says three Dubai companies can quote the same project at AED 20,000, 120,000 and 600,000 or more.
Are there ongoing costs after the build?
Yes. Expect usage fees for the AI model or API, any messaging fees, and maintenance if the process changes. Published monthly figures range from tens of dirhams for tools to AED 3,000 to 90,000 or more for managed operations. Ask for these numbers in writing before you agree to a build.
Is a subscription platform cheaper than a custom AI agent?
Usually, at the start. One WhatsApp-agent platform publishes plans of roughly AED 547 to 1,098 a month before messaging costs. The trade-off is that you adapt your process to the platform, while a custom agent is built around your process. Which is cheaper depends on how standard your process is.
What does the Moshid AI agent Sprint cost?
1,990 SAR in total, about AED 1,950: 995 SAR first and 995 SAR after you watch the agent work. It covers one agent for one repeating process, built in 7 days, with 7 days of support. If the process does not fit, your first payment is returned in full.
Not sure your process suits an agent?
Describe it on WhatsApp. I reply in writing within one working day: it fits or it does not, and why. Nothing is paid before that.
Or read how the Sprint works first on the Moshid Agents page.
